Story
Hello, I’m Nicsa — the heart and soul behind The Aura Home Staging team.
If you’d met me at 18, you’d have found me sketching designs, painting, and dreaming of becoming a graphic or fashion designer. Creativity was always my language. But growing up in Venezuela, “design” wasn’t seen as a “serious career.” So, at my mother’s encouragement, I chose a more traditional path and got a degree as a Social Worker. Later, I built a successful career in Human Resources, eventually becoming a Global HR Business Partner for a major corporation.
On paper, it was everything I could have wanted. In reality, something was missing. The creative spark that had lit me up as a teenager never left me — it just waited patiently for me to return to it.
Life took me on a journey across the world: 16 years in Barcelona, 8 in London, and now 3 in beautiful Wiltshire, which I proudly call home. Along the way, I raised my daughter, built connections across cultures, and discovered just how much I love making spaces feel inviting, stylish, and alive. I’ve always been that person in my family — the one choosing paint colours, moving furniture, styling shelves, or splurging on “unnecessary” décor pieces (that always made the house feel special).
Now, The Aura Home Staging is where my story comes full circle: a place where my lifelong passion for interiors meets my professional experience in people, relationships, and service.
